Your Role as Sommelier

Haut offers a gastronomic experience at the highest level, and as a Sommelier, you are an essential link. In our Michelin-starred restaurant, you guide guests with style and expertise through a unique wine list. You bring stories to life, advise with refinement, and create pairings that enhance each course.

What will you do?

  • Selecting, serving, and explaining wines
  • Advising guests on wine and food pairings
  • Managing the wine cellar and inventory

  • Experience as a sommelier in fine dining
  • Extensive wine knowledge and passion for pairing

Hours and days

  • Full-time: 5 days a week
    • Mise-en-place day: Tuesday
    • Working days: Wednesday to Saturday
  • Flexibility is expected during busy periods
