Your Role as Kitchen Assistant

Do you dream of being part of a Michelin-starred kitchen? At Haut, as a kitchen assistant, you take your first steps into the world of refined gastronomy. You support the chefs in preparation and learn to work according to the highest culinary standards – in a unique setting overlooking the North Sea.

What will you do?

  • Preparing ingredients (cutting, washing, setting up)
  • Assisting with mise-en-place and plating
  • Cleaning and organizing the workstation

What do we expect from you?

  • Preferably culinary training or hospitality experience
  • Enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail
  • Flexible and stress-resistant

Hours and days

  • Days by arrangement, with preference for Tuesday (mise-en-place) and Wednesday through Saturday
